Low-Intervention Winemaking

No additions. No shortcuts. Guided by restraint and trust in the fruit, the vineyard, and the process, with minimal sulfur used throughout.

Unfined & Unfiltered

Bottled unfined and unfiltered to maintain the texture, aromatics, and layered character developed throughout fermentation.

Skin Contact Fermentation

White grapes ferment on their skins, creating the amber hue, layered texture, and subtle tannic structure that distinguish orange wine.

Orange Wine

Building on the foundation of MianU’s inaugural 2024 release, the latest vintage introduces a fresher, more balanced profile shaped by a cooler growing season and extended hangtime in the vineyard.

Crafted from Gewürztraminer and Chardonnay sourced from organically farmed California vineyards, the wine offers vibrant acidity, layered aromatics, and subtle tannic structure that firmly positions it within the orange wine category while maintaining MianU’s signature approachability.
